Three tracks, three audiences
The same deck does not work for a board, a backend team and a call centre. Each track is built around the decisions that audience actually faces.
- Executive. Risk exposure, accountability, what a regulator will ask, and what a decision to accept risk commits the organisation to. Short, and framed around liability rather than process.
- Engineering. Data minimisation at schema level, when a DPIA is triggered, what "delete" has to mean in practice, and how to handle personal data in logs, test environments and model training sets.
- Business teams. Recognising personal data, handling a data subject request that arrives in an inbox, and the export, sharing and retention decisions people make daily without realising they are compliance decisions.
Formats
- Live workshops, on-site or remote
- Role-based e-learning content and assessments
- Train-the-trainer handover so the program continues without me
- Certification preparation — CIPP/E, CIPT, AIGP and ISO 42001 / 27701 lead auditor tracks
Evidence
Training you cannot evidence did not happen as far as a regulator is concerned. Every program comes with attendance records, comprehension assessment and a retention plan for both.
